Pond View House

It was recently brought to our attention that one of our recent projects, Pond View House on Cobb Isle Road in Watermill, NY, received an architectural award.  Stelle, Lomont, and Rouhani Architects received a 2020 AIA Long Island award for design.  Please follow the links here:

We here at Millstone are proud to have worked with Jonathan Walker at SLR on the interior stone and tile design, also to have collaborated with Dan Thorpe at LaGuardia on the exterior stone steps, veneers, and terraces.  Their attention to every detail on this project made this concept a reality.  The hard work and oversight of Ken MacDonald at Seascape Partners helped to realize the grand vision here.  Thanks, also, to Don McNaughton and ABC stone for their expertise in selecting suitable stone finishes for this award-winning home.
